Introduction
Welcome to Cinova Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
Nature of the Service
Cinova Studio is an online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides automated AI-powered video generation and editing tools. Our services include, but are not limited to: Text-to-Video, Image-to-Video, First Frame to Last Frame generation, and Director Mode. The entire process is automated through our local or cloud infrastructure.
Accounts and Subscriptions
Free Plan: The platform allows you to try our services for free. However, all videos generated under the free plan will include the Cinova Studio Watermark. It is strictly prohibited to attempt to remove, obscure, or alter this watermark using any software, script, or external tools.
Paid Plans: Upon subscribing to a paid plan, you will unlock the features specified in your tier, and your generated videos will be free of any watermark.
Plan Changes & Upgrades: If you purchase a new subscription plan while having an existing active plan, your previous subscription will be canceled immediately to prevent double-billing. Your account will instantly transition to the new plan tier, and its new billing cycle and quota limits will apply from the date of purchase.
Subscription Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription, your account will instantly revert to the Free Plan tier upon cancellation. Any remaining days of your billing cycle, unused video quotas, or premium features associated with the canceled paid plan will be forfeited immediately and cannot be recovered, transferred, or refunded.
Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intelability Property and User Content
User Input: Any texts (prompts), images, or assets you upload to the platform to generate videos are your sole responsibility. You must ensure you own the legal rights to use these inputs.
Generated Content (Output): The videos generated by the system belong to you (under paid plans) for personal or commercial use, depending on your subscription tier.
Platform Ownership: All designs, code, interfaces, algorithms, and trademarks of Cinova Studio are the exclusive intellectual property of our platform and may not be copied, reproduced, or imitated.
Acceptable and Prohibited Use
You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to generate videos that contain or promote:
- Pornographic or explicitly sexual content.
- Hate speech, racism, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Infringement upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- Deepfakes or AI-generated lookalikes intended for defamation, deception, or harming real individuals without their consent.
⚠️ Cinova Studio reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without any prior notice or financial refund.
Storage and Expiration of Links
Once a video is generated, it is automatically uploaded and hosted on secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), and a preview/download link is provided to you.
The platform does not guarantee permanent storage of your videos. Old videos may be permanently deleted from our servers after a certain period (e.g., 30 days). Users are highly encouraged to download their generated videos to their local devices immediately.
